it says 20 mph.....

I live in Toledo, and every morning on my way to work (during school days) i use Reynolds Rd., a stretch of road that has school lights flashing, warning people to drive 20 mph in a school zone. When these lights are flashing, it means drivers are to drive 20 mph...what is so hard about following this rule? I feel like i am the only one seeing these lights. Drivers are still driving gazillion miles an hour oblivious of these flashing lights. At one time there was even a woman who was honking on me. Come on now people, why can't you follow this simple precaution????
